Pastor Daniel and Lydia have been serving in ministry together since 2003. Lydia is native to the Seattle area and Daniel moved from his hometown of New York in 2001. He graduated from Wheaton College and Gordon-Conwell seminary. They have two boys and together they love living in and enjoying the Pacific Northwest. One of their favorite hobbies is hiking and experiencing the beauty of God’s creation. Their greatest passion is Jesus and the good news of His amazing grace. The message is simple. Regardless of who you are, where you’ve been and where you are now, you are BELOVED by God, because of Christ alone. The hope of this church is to be a community of people living out and proclaiming this beautiful message of Christ’s grace.

Born in Indonesia and raised in the Midwest, Andrea moved to the Seattle area in July 2017 to follow God’s calling in her life to full-time ministry. She felt led to vocational ministry after experiencing the power of God in her own life when she was a teenager. With passions both in music and children’s ministry, God led her to pursue higher education in both arenas at Wheaton College (IL) and University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music in preparation for His plans. Andrea is excited to collaborate these passions together to serve God’s people and His church. It was through her experience as a piano teacher that she realized her passion for children and their families. She desires for children to know and believe that they are truly loved by God and live their callings as disciples of Christ. In her spare time, Andrea can be found playing at a piano or deep in conversation with friends over a meal.
Michele grew up in the Seattle area. She attended Swarthmore College, traveled overseas, and eventually moved to Chicago for graduate school in Public Health in 2012. There, she helped plant a church campus. She heard “the mountains are calling” (really God calling) her to return to Seattle in 2018 and has been involved in Church of the Beloved since. Michele enjoys hiking, backpacking, and a good board game every now and then, but those are on a hiatus as she and her husband navigate the new world of parenthood with their infant daughter.
